Email Marketing
Email marketing has been a powerful tool in my overall strategy, helping me connect with target audiences and drive real results across the hospitality, events, and golf industries. Each week, I develop and send tailored campaigns using Mailchimp, 1-2-1 Marketing, and Toast, that promote everything from upcoming events and seasonal offers to operational updates like the launch of third-party delivery at The James. I manage and segment our email lists based on customer behavior and demographics, making sure the right message reaches the right audience. Whether it's crafting compelling subject lines or creating visuals that resonate, my campaigns are built with attention to design and content. For The James and Mistwood Golf Club specifically, I design visually brand-aligned graphics in Canva and Adobe InDesign, while also building custom email templates for McWethy’s Tavern directly in Mailchimp. I track performance closely, monitoring open and click rates, unsubscribes, and conversion data to continuously refine my approach. Whether it's selling out events or boosting engagement, email has become one of the most effective ways I align messaging with brand goals while staying flexible, personal, and data-informed.
